Our teen programs and services are available at no cost. EMPOWERMENT THROUGH COMMUNITY EDUCATION EMPOWERMENT THROUGH COMMUNITY EDUCATION EMPOWERMENT THROUGH COMMUNITY EDUCATION We provide a safe modern and welcoming space for youth 1318 to gather after school explore their interests receive mentorship and academic support and build community. Our structured environment and dedicated staff give parents peace of mind allowing them to focus on work and personal commitments.
