Our Partnership in Romania Our primary ministry focus is assisting Christians in Romania. This work in Romania is performed almost exclusively through our partnership with the Elpis Foundation. Elpis founded in 1999 by Vasile Pop is primarily focused on encouraging supporting and training Christian workers including pastors elders and missionaries through its Missionary Circles and TUMI training.
