Our Mission The Hanley Family Foundation is a 501c3 tax exempt organization that supports charitable organizations engaged in the diagnosis and treatment of alcoholism drug addiction and other forms of substance use disorder SUD. Each year we make grants to organizations in the United States that are themselves tax exempt under Section 501c3 and that qualify as public charities under Section 509a1 2 or 3 of the Internal Revenue Code.
