Saint Charles Football Club Our Philosophy Saint Charles FC a soccer club committed to the holistic development of its players teams staff proudly stands as the sole club in Missouri offering a comprehensive pathway to preprofessional soccer for both boys and girls. This journey is facilitated through the clubs Juniors Academy PreUSL Academy USL Academy and senior mens and womens teams competing in the esteemed USL Two and USLW leagues.
