Welcome to Chinese Community Health Care Association CCHCA We are a nonprofit independent physician association dedicated to the service of the San Francisco community and beyond since 1982. At the Heart of the Community We regularly host and attend events in the city. We also offer grants to help fund programs geared towards educating the community on health related topics. Applications are open to the public community organizations alike.
