Slow Food Huron Valley SFHV is a 501c3 chapter of Slow Food USA and is located in southeastern Michigan. We work to strengthen our regions food system build community food security and preserve our culinary heritage. Like Slow Food USA our chapter seeks to create dramatic and lasting change in the food system.
