That Zen Life Wellness Foundation, Inc. educates and promotes health, recovery, wellness and healing of the mind, body and spirit, locally and nationally. Through developing programs to address the wellness challenges of veterans, single and/or grieving parents, returning citizens and those in recovery of trauma/drugs and alcohol we aim to Empower them with the stress reduced skills, holistic techniques and the knowledgeable confidence necessary. Success and resilience is what we pour into lives, for forward living and/or self-sufficiency . The journey towards healing transcends the treatment of substance use and mental health disorders.
