The Hearts Speaks Foundation Inc. is a 501(c) 3 non-profit organization that is working for the welfare of people Our organization was founded in 2011, after I suffered a heart attack and had open heart surgery for a condition that went undetected for 47 years Our goal is to bring awareness to everyone about heart diseases and strokes, which is the leading cause of deaths in the US and it’s increasing daily. We are driven to inspire self management for heart disease and stroke prevention Our Vision is to save lives, and by doing so we are a dedicated team of volunteers and survivors that are working to educate people. Our mission is to provide helpful information and resources on heart disease and strokes.
