FAIRWIND YACHT CLUB IS A SAILING COOPERATIVE LOCATED IN MARINA DEL REY AND OXNARD HARBORS IN CALIFORNIA. THE CLUB OWNS BOATS WHICH IT KEEPS IN SLIPS IN BOTH HARBORS, BUT DOES NOT OWN A CLUBHOUSE. MEMBERS PAY QUARTERLY DUES AND SAIL THE BOATS. MEMBERS VOLUNTEER THEIR TIME AND TEACH BOYS AND GIRLS' CLUB YOUTH SAILING IN BOTH HARBORS.

Fairwind Yacht Clubsailing education community service sailing Fairwind Yacht Club is a nonprofit all volunteer civicminded organization with a mission to provide lowcost access to the sport of sailing. In Marina del Rey and Channel Islands Harbor our Club owns a fleet of sailboats that are available to our members by reservation. education Fairwind is an affiliate of the American Sailing Association. We like applicants to our Club to have sailing experience then we provide intermediate and advanced sailing education to our members included in their membership dues to make everyone better and safer sailors.
