Home Welcome to the official site of the Washington Scottish Pipe Band. The Washington Scottish Pipe Band aka WASCOTS is a pipe band based out of Seattle Washington. Under leadership of Pipe Major Jim Guthrie we are a team dedicated to excellence in both performance and competition. Through the promotion and celebration of Gaelic Celtic heritage we are also active in music education and offer instruction to pipers and drummers of all ages and skill level.
