Our mission is to seek equity for the Los Angeles Latino community through our 5-Point Equity Plan. OUR MISSION -
To seek equity and inclusion for the severely under-represented Latino Community and its stakeholders by unifying the community and political leaders through advocacy, international action, and implantation of the Latino equity Five-Point Plan.

Latino Equity and Diversity Latino Equity and Diversity Our Mission City and County of Los Angeles The City and County of Los Angeles have over 5 million residents half of them are Latinos who make a significant contribution to the financial health and wealth of the City. The reality is that our community continues to fall woefully short of receiving its fair share of representation services opportunities and attention to the challenges we face every day. We speak with our votes and we will not be silent any longer. Through voting advocacy and organizing we aim to further our mission.
