The mission of Family Resource Christian Center "A Ministry of Helps" (FRCC) is to create opportunities for the working poor families with at risk children. To facilitate the realization of personal, economic, and social development through participating in an integrated array of training, employment, housing, and rehabilitation services while abating child abuse and neglect grounded in Biblical principles. FRCC aims to improve the quality of life for the elderly and children at risk.
