Welcome to Art City Opera Inspired by the immense musical talent and powerhouse cultural institutions in Philadelphia Art City Opera is dedicated to changing the operatic paradigm and creating opportunities for unique expression. We are a 501c3 company built by singers for singers whose mission is to bring about the next generation of classical music performance in a way that reflects the artists who are actively present and creating within the community inclusive of gender race class sexuality religion and socioeconomic status.
