Founded and managed by a team of Deaf and Hard of Hearing individuals NorCal Services for Deaf Hard of Hearing has been an organization of by and for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing community since 1977. Advocacy Oneonone assistance and system advocacy to ensure equal access and opportunity to education employment and public services.
