Donate EMPOWERING THE YOUTH Soar Solutions Youth Centerx27s approach is centered around the needs of youth and based on their strengths. We implement a comprehensive coaching casemanagement model to cater to emancipated youth ensuring they receive the support they require. Our goal is to connect the youth with a diverse range of intensive support services both within our center and through other providers in Kern County.
