OCRF Our mission is to help save as many lives as possible as quickly as possible from overdose. Our model is simple. We identify the efforts nationwide that have the highest probability of saving the most lives fastest and then we help them scale up. Since our beginning 2018 OCRF has supported programs in 17 states.
