Live Oak Adult Day Services – quality structured day program for seniors
Day Activity Center Live Oak Adult Day Services was founded in 1983 in response to the growing need for dignified, appropriate, professional care for dependent and disabled seniors. The agency's goal is to provide support for families that will enable them to sustain their elderly relatives in their home environment for as long as possible, and avoid placement in nursing homes. Clients enjoy a fully structured program of stimulating activities, while caregivers enjoy respite during the program hours. Families also receive counseling and referrals on all issues of elder care.

Our Mission LIVE OAK ADULT DAY SERVICES is a nonprofit communitybased nondiscriminatory agency located in Santa Clara County. Live Oaks mission is twofold to provide a quality structured day program designed to enhance the lives of frail seniors and to provide respite for their caregivers. Our goal is to provide socialization and cognitive stimulation to our seniors and to support our family caregivers in their efforts to maintain their senior dependent loved one in the family home. Our dedicated staff is here to provide compassionate dignified care and to promote selfefficacy an I can do this attitude.
