For over 40 years, The Macula Foundation, Inc. has been a leading not-for-profit organization dedicated to the prevention and restoration of severe vision loss—raising awareness about the macula, and furthering knowledge in the field with innovative research. Our principal goals have been the study of age-related macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy and other retinal, macular diseases such as central serous chorioretinopathy, pseudoxanthoma elasticum, and pathological high myopic.
