ASDMF WORKS TO EXPAND OPPORTUNITY AND PARTICIPATION IN OUR DEMOCRACY. ASDMF MAJOR PROGRAMS WERE CIVIC ENGAGEMENT AND POLICY ADVOCACY: (1) ENGAGING COMMUNITY IN POLICY MAKING; (2) ENCOURAGING PARTICIPATION IN ELECTIONS; (3) ADVANCING POLICY SOLUTIONS TO INCREASE THE ACCOUNTABILITY OF FEDERAL BORDER AUTHORITIES.
