Kasinadhuni Durgamba Butchiah Inc is a non-governmental organization that improves the Quality of Life for mentally handicapped children through education, health and life-skills training. KDB advocates for differently-abled children in rural India, provides education for parents and community and supports training for special education teachers and aids. KDB is committed to mainstreaming differently-abled children and providing equal opportunity for a fulfilling life.History: Inspired by personal events in 2002 Rao S. kasinadhuni founded Kasinadhuni Durgamba Butchiah Inc in New jersey, United states and KDB Trust in India with the vision of bringing awareness and services for mentally-challenged individuals in Rural India. Since its opening in 2004, the day school for children and its complimentary community health services has grown significantly. Over last seven years KDB has provided hundreds of special needs individuals and rural residents with support services.KDB Trust is  recognized given NATIONAL AWARD by the PRESIDENT OF INDIA for its services in 2012. KDB Trust is recognized by National Institute of Mentally Handicapped (NIMH); Department of Social welfare, State department of Disabilities, Andhra Pradesh, Ministry of Home AffairsTelugu Association of North America.
