Who We Are Les Advocate is a nonprofit organization dedicated to advocating for mental and behavioral health specializing in protecting rights within the education system and workplace. We believe it is crucial for mothers to understand their rights regarding various plans available for students such as IEPs Individualized Education Programs 504 Plans and Behavior Intervention Plans BIPs. This knowledge empowers mothers to advocate effectively for the necessary support their children need to thrive in school.
