Habitat serves households that fall within 25-80% of the Area Median Income (AMI). Family selection is based on financial ability to pay zero-interest loan payments, willingness to partner in the building of the home, meeting residential requirements, and their need for housing. Homeownership helps families achieve the strength, stability, and independence they need to build a better life for themselves and for their families.
