More than 80 of Autistic Adults are Unemployed or Underemployed And 1 in 36 kids is now identified as being on the Autism spectrum. What does all this mean. It means that things not only need to change but things have to change. It means that more than 80 of a population even though often highly qualified are not being hired and properly accommodated.
