Black Women in Solidarity Under the umbrella of change. About BWIS BWIS is a grassroots nonprofit organization based in Chicago Illinois with a global mission. Our organization was established to address the social economic and political needs of minority Women of color in their communities. As an organization we serve to be a resource space and movement that fully commits to the wellness progression and interests of this globally underserved community of Women.
