CREATE HOPE ONE CHILD AT A TIME Its all about the children Approximately 1500 children are in foster care in Idaho and 10000 in the state of Washington. The majority of children in foster care have experienced trauma due to exposure of abuse neglect and abandonment. Homes of Hope believes all children deserve a safe and secure loving and nurturing family. Its all about the families Foster parents can be relatives or nonrelatives taking steps to care for children who have faced trauma and neglect in their young lives.
