Es handelt sich hierbei um eine freiwillige Manahme. Das Generalkonsulat rt von dieser Mglichkeit Gebrauch zu machen damit es falls erforderlich in Krisen und sonstigen Ausnahmesituationen mit Deutschen schnell Verbindung aufnehmen kann.
