Websters 1828 Dictionary defines Reform as To change from worse to better to amend to correct to restore to a former good state or to bring from a bad to a good state as to reform a profligate man to reform corrupt manners or morals. All the ends of the earth shall remember and turn to the Lord and all the families of the nations shall worship before you. For kingship belongs to the Lord and he rules over the nations.
