We are a communitybased organization created in 2017 and officially established in 2020. CCC has provided resources for mental health housing assistance utility assistance disaster relief resources youth enrichment programs and educational resource awareness all in an attempt to strengthen the community. Our program model sets us apart from other organizations in that we set out to empower our community through collective knowledgecreation and collective transformation as well as through providing muchneeded services to marginalized communities. We utilize engagement specialists we call promotoras to be able to accomplish this goal.
