The focus of the Black Insurance Industry Collective BIIC is to accelerate the advancement of Black professionals with the end goal of increasing the representation of Black leaders at the midtoexecutive level in the insurance industry. Our vision is to support the development of Black talent in the insurance industry by providing educational opportunities networking and training opportunities. What We Do Address the unique cultural mental and psychological challenges encountered by Black professionals. Expose selected top talent to skills necessary for their continued career growth and advancement.
