Our Goals The Tolland Education Foundation TEF seeks to sustain its 20year track record of being a consistent resource for the Tolland Public Schools superintendent principals teachers paraprofessionals and staff members. Through the generosity of local residents and businesses TEF is able to show up for them when their unique ideas to provide life skill lessons to students surpass their funds.
