Changing Peoples Lives Providing Shared Living for Adults with Developmental Disabilties What We Are CPLChanging Peoples Lives is a notforprofit organization providing Shared Living services for adults ages 18 and over with intellectual or developmental disabilities. CPL is certified by the Maryland Department of Health Developmental Disabilities Administration. Our agency in turn develops approves and places individuals in private residences. These individuals participate in community life with their care providers and engage in daytime activities such as school day programs and vocational pursuits.
