An agency helping people with developmental disabilities reach their goals for over 35 years Welcome To Respite Care Services Inc. Respite Care Services Inc. is a NotforProfit agency in business since 1981 developing persons with developmental disabilities for over 43 years. The Agency was started by a group of concerned parents who secured a grant from the Lake County Commissioners to conduct a survey of what could become a support system for this population.
