MCA representing all 24 Child Advocacy Centers CACs in Maryland connects local CACs with the tools to provide a comprehensive response to child abuse ensuring that all children in Maryland have access to traumainformed evidencebased services which puts their wellbeing at the center of care. Who We Are The Maryland Childrens Alliance is a nonprofit organization created to better serve children who have experienced abuse by encouraging best practice services among the professionals designated to investigate allegations prosecute offenders and provide support and treatment to children and families. Our Mission The mission of the MCA is to promote the wellbeing of children by supporting the development growth and continuation of children039s advocacy centers throughout the state of Maryland through advocacy training and technical assistance.
