The Transformation Center Welcome to the Transformation Center website. We are generating mental health and wellness of those who need it through community policy training and peer support. We are voicing the lived experience of rehab and recovery after alcohol and drug abuse. Over 6500 people are admitted to hospitals in the United States every day due to substance misuse.
