Your Voice In Sacramento Headquartered in Sacramento for easy access to state government we influence policies on issues vital to our members and their ability to serve their communities. Unique Forum For Collaboration We arethe only statewide association representing ALL typesof substance use disorder services education interventionresidential outpatient and recovery as well as wrap aroundsupport services and transitional housing. Broad Base Of Support Established in 1989 CAADPE member agencies now provide substance use disorder treatment services at over 300 sites throughout California.
