Shop Ways to Give More Montana Youth Diabetes Alliance MYDA is a nonprofit organization dedicated to strengthening children teens and their families as a whole and equipping them with the education that will better sustain a healthy life while living with Type 1 diabetes T1D. The lifealtering diagnosis of Type 1 diabetes can be isolating and overwhelming adding new and critical things to an individual39s daily routine. Daytoday diabetes management requires the interaction of the entire family from checking blood sugar counting carbohydrates dosing insulin adjusting for physical activity and supporting mental health.
