Healing communities one family at a time Giving back and holding events for families in the Conejo Valley. We believe in connecting families together so that we can support each other. Our Mission At D2 Giving our goal is to rebuild communities by connecting families to their neighbors in need. We are a nonprofit dedicated to providing meals and support to families from our local community here in Californias Conejo Valley and beyond.
