Banbury Charities Banbury Charities are a group of eight registered charities registration number 201418 with the aim to benefit inhabitants of the former Borough of Banbury and within a fivemile radius of Banbury Cross to provide and maintain Almshouse accommodation to benefit sick poor persons by such means as the Trustees consider appropriate to assist educational establishments and students less than 25 years of age to relieve persons who are in need hardship or distress and to benefit persons suffering from illness accident old age.
