Field Lane: Specialist Care for Adults & Vulnerable Families

Field Lane is a national charity making a huge difference to the everyday lives of people. Field Lane supports highly vulnerable people to live as independently as possible; people with learning and other disabilities, families in crisis through homelessness and older people. Services of nursing care,domiciliary support and supported housing are available in London and the wider Southeast. Consultancy, back office and management support are offered for other charities in England.

Donate Home About Field Lane Our Services Donate News Join Our Team Contact More Field Lane A fresh approach to adult care and support Welcome to Field Lane Compassionate Innovative and Individualised Care Field Lane is a charity providing care and support for a diverse range of service users including adults with learning disabilities vulnerable families many of who are homeless and people in need of additional support to stay in their own home or with their families. Many of our clients with learning disabilities are also autistic. We actively support improved rights services and opportunities for people with autism. Our Wood Street and Hollyhocks supported living projects both have official National Autistic Society Accreditation.
