Welcome to Norfolk Deaf Children39s Society The Norfolk Deaf Children39s Society Norfolk DCS which is affiliated to the National Deaf Children39s Society was originally set up in 1962 and comprised of a group of individuals concerned with deafness and deaf issues in their local community. The Society today is made up of parents of deaf children young deaf people people who work with deaf children and friends and families of both deaf children and of the Society. We are a Registered Charity No 210069. The Society is parent led and is run purely on a voluntary basis.
