It was founded in 1960 by people who had recently taken part in a major excavation of Henry VIIIs Nonsuch Palace in Ewell. Our aims are to encourage interest in the archaeology and history of the area and to ensure that local buildings and objects of historical significance are preserved. By joining us you will learn more about the history of our area and have the satisfaction of contributing towards its protection.
