My wife Mary and I moved into the area some three years ago and membership of the Society has played a large part in helping us to feel at home here. I recommend it to others who may be in a similar position. For those who are long established residents but not yet members I would say that the Society enables us to expand our knowledge and appreciation of Burford39s unique history and to make new friends as well enabling us to play a part in shaping the town39s future.
