Welcome to Des Moffatt to Western Community Centre Welcome to Des Moffatt to Western Community Centre In the heart of the community for the community. Board of trustees About Us Des Moffatt Western Community Centre Trust Des Moffatt Western Community Centre was renamed to this in 2021 in honour of the late Des Moffatt. First named Western Community Centre was opened by the then Mayor of Thamesdown Borough Council CLLR. Jim Masters on September 17th 1983.
