The Charity provides & maintains the facilities (village hall, playing field and pavilion) for the Community of Whitminster and its surrounds for recreation and leisure time with the object of improving conditions of life. The provision and maintenance of the facilities for the use of the inhabitants of the village of Whitminster and its surrounds for recreation and other leisure time occupations in the interest of social welfare, with the object of improving the conditions of life for the said persons
