The Waltham Forest Chinese Association is an independent notforprofit community based organisation founded in 1986. Its aim is to provide and promote Chinese language and culture education and to provide a gathering place for member of the Chinese community. The Association currently has two main activities Waltham Forest Chinese School The Sunday Chinese school runs from Kelmscott School at 245 Markhouse Road E17 8DN since 1987.
