A small team based at Gatwick Airport providing practical and emotional support to airport users Gatwick TravelCare assists over 2000 passengers a year with travel related problems. These cover a wide range of issues including financial difficulties, missed flights, passport irregularities and mental health. The team of staff and volunteers also works with airlines, handling agents, consulates, embassies, social services and the police to provide passengers with the best possible service.
