The Sea Cadets is the UK’s leading maritime charity and provides a head start in life for young people through nautical adventure and fun. Our volunteers work, both directly with young people and behind the scenes, to help make a positive difference. The Sea Cadet movement is a national youth charity providing young people from 10 - 18 with life skills of teamwork, self respect and social responsibility. The training programme includes seamanship, boating skills, cookery & IT. Cadets can sail offshore in a Tall Ship or motor vessel.
