Covering Weston-super-Mare and the surrounding villages, Axe Scout District has over 1400 youth members supported by 300+ adults volunteers. The aim of AXE District is to support and encourage the developement of Scouting in the District.

We help young people gain the skills they need to shine bright Axe District includes WestonsuperMare Wick St Lawrence Congresbury Wrington Blagdon Churchill Sandford Winscombe Banwell Locking Uphill and everything in between. Welcome to Axe District Each week over 1400 young people aged 425 enjoy an active programme in one of our18 groups our Explorer Scout Units or with our Scout Network. As well as the weekly meetings groups take part in a number of fun and exciting events. Recent events have included archery climbing hill walking canoeing camping paintballing zip wires go karting in fact you name it and weve probably done it.
