Rand039s Educational Foundation Supporting young people in education andrecreation Rands Educational Foundation provides educational and recreational grants for young people under the age of 25 in the villages of Ickleford Holwell Pirton and Stondon. Support for children in early yearseducation We support early years learning through annual grants for all children enrolled at preschools within our catchment including Ickleford Pirton and Stondon Support for children at primary and lowerschools The primary and lower schools in Ickleford Pirton and Stondon automatically receive annual grants for the children on their roll Support for sixth form students and trainees at schools andcolleges All students living within the Rands catchment area studying or training beyond GCSE at a local school or college may apply for an annual grant to help towards their studies Support for students in highereducation Annual grants are available for all young people within our catchment who are studying higher education courses at universities and colleges Support for local voluntaryorganisations Every year Rands awards grants to voluntary organisations within our catchment area who provide opportunities for young people including sport music and recreational activities We make adifference Rands Educational Foundation supports young people under the age of 25 in Ickleford Holwell Pirton and Stondon. We offer a range of financial support through the award of grants to individuals educational establishments and voluntary organisations. Support for preschools Two preschools within our catchment area are currently awarded grants depending on the numbers of children attending.
