Wellington Community Wellington Community Association Wellington Community Association WCA is at the heart of the community providing facilities so that everyone parishioners and visitors alike can enjoy a wide range of social activities fundamental to good health and wellbeing. The WCA is a registered charity managed by a group of formal Trustees some of whom who represent village groups and clubs and others who are not affiliated to a member group ensuring involvement from wide cross section of the community.
